Hewitson's metalmark
Wing span:
Identification: The wings are a mixture of dark brown, white and orange. The forewings have a white triangular (base at the dorsum) marking and the hindwings are white from the postbasal to the outer postdiscal region. There is a small orange marking at or near the tornus of both fore- and hindwings, on the outer side of the white marking. The wings have whitish ring-like markings at the termenal submargin. Additionally, there are light brown ring-like markings on the forewings below the costa, along with two or three reddish markings (appear orange on the underside) in between.
