Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown with a broad white band that appears as a 'v' when the forewings and hindwings are open. The band tapers at the two ends. The wings have a row of faint light brown submarginal lunules and black spots, followed by a thin light brown line. The forewings have faint brownish vertical (ring-like) markings above the white band.
