Wing span:

Identification: The wings are brown with a white postdiscal band on the forewings that broadens moving from costa to tornus (this band is less visible on the underside). The forewings also have a large black ocellus just below the mid-costal region, with a yellow outline and three pupils (one larger than the other two). The hindwings are white from the postdiscal region to the termenal margin, with two or more thin white bands on the inner side followed by alternating light brown and dark brown bands all the way inward to the base. The white region also has two rows of brown lunules on the underside.
