Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside with an iridescent bright blue tint on the hindwings, excepting the dorsum and costa, and from mid to dorsum on the forewings. The iridescent blue region has three dark brown bands on the hindwings and two on the forewings. The underside of the wings is brown three dark brown bands alternating in the postdiscal and submarginal regions. Additionally, there are two black postbasal markings on both fore- and hindwings on the underside. The upper postbasal spot contains three white spots. which are visible on the upperside of the forewings.
