Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside and light brown on the underside. The hindwings have orange-crowned and white-based black ocelli on the underside in the subapical, outer postdiscal and submarginal regions. The hindwings also have an orange submargin on the underside. Both fore- and hindwings have a central brown band running vertically from costa to dorsum.
