Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside and light brown on the underside, with a central white oblique band on the forewings. The hindwings have orange-crowned and white-based black ocelli on the underside in the outer postdiscal and subapical regions, with the central ocellus being distinctively larger than the others. The hindwings also have an orange submargin on the underside. Both fore- and hindwings have a central orange band running vertically from costa to dorsum (occurs on the inner side of the white band on the forewings).
