Wing span:

Identification: The forewings are dark brown on the upperside with faint white rings and a yellow tornal patch, while the hindwings are primarily yellow with dark brown basal and postbasal regions (both also having faint white rings). The hindwings also have three small black subapical spots and one small black tornal spot at the submargin. The dark brown regions appear the same on the underside with the faint white rings. On the hindwings, these are covered by a whitish tint, but the dark brown colour is still visible. The remainder of the hindwings appear creamish-white on the underside, and so does the tornal patch on the forewings.
