Lucianus metalmark

Wing span:

Identification: The wings are orange on the upperside (appear more reddish-orange in males) with brown markings from the base to the outer postdiscal region, and a row of black submarginal spots at the termen. These markings are all visible and of the same colour on the white underside of the wings. The apex and subapex of the forewings are dark brown on the underside. The body is orange on the upperside and white on the underside.
