Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown with orange markings. The forewings have central and subapical bands, both composed of several spots, and a band radiating from the base to the inner side of the central band where there are four additional markings. The hindwings are orange from the base to the outer postdiscal region, with dark brown markings (appear larger on the underside) in the orange region. The hindwings also have submarginal markings. There is an additional row of blue submarginal markings on the underside on the inner side of the orange submarginal markings.
