Wing span:

Identification: The wings are brown with dark brown ventral lines and ocelli. There are two brown lines running from costa to dorsum on the discal and postdiscal regions, with a row of ocelli on the outer side of the postdiscal line. The forewings have four dark brown bipupilled ocelli-like markings occurring on a light brown band with dark brown outline. The hindwings have three black ocelli, two at the subapex and one close to the tornus, each with a silverish-blue pupil and yellow outline. The ocellus close to the tornus and the second ocellus from the apex share their yellow outline with three elongated oval silverish-blue markings, two occurring below the subapical ocellus and the other below the tornual ocellus. There are two dark brown submarginal lines, on the outer side of the ocelli, one wavy and one straight.
