Wing span:

Identification: The wings are brown with two dark brown submarginal lines, one straight and one wavy. There is a dark brown postdiscal line on the underside, and ocelli between this line and the wavy submarginal line. Both fore- and hindwings have four ocelli, two black and two brown (in the order of one black, two brown and one black from apex to tornus), each with a yellow outline followed by a thinner dark brown outline. The ocelli on the hindwings each have a bluish-purple pupil.
