Wing span:

Identification: The wings are transparent with dark brown margins, submargins and veins. The forewings have an oblique dark brown band and the hindwings are red at the tornus. The dark brown regions are mostly reddish-brown on the underside, and there white spots at the apex of the forewings and below the apex of the hindwings.
