Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown with a central yellow band and a subapical yellow band on the forewings. The forewings are mostly orange on the inner side of the central yellow band, all the way to the base. The hindwings have a thin orange horizontal band below the costa and two orange spots below the apex. The costa is orange on the underside, all the way to the orange spots below the apex. The wings have submarginal white spots on the underside.
