Wing span:

Identification: The wings are orange with dark brown margins, submargins and veins. The forewings have a dark brown band at the outer postdiscal region that tapers downward and has four white markings. The hindwings have a thin dark brown central band running from costa to tornus. This band has white lunules on the underside. The wings have one row of dark brown submarginal lunules with white centres on the upperside, which appears as two rows on the underside, one row being white and the other being bluish-white. The underside of the forewings has two white spots near the base at the costa, which appear as one spot on the upperside.
