Wing span:

Identification: The wings are a deep iridescent bluish-purple on the upperside, excepting the dark brown apex, margins and submargins. The forewings have two small apical white spots. The underside of the wings is a blotchy brown, and appears like dried foliage. The forewings have two black subapical spots, each with a yellowish-brown outline. The hindwings have a brown spot with a yellowish crescent and black outline at the costa. There are also two brown spots above the dorsum (one larger than the other), each with a partial white crescent and a brown outline followed by a yellowish outline.
