Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown with an oblique yellow band on the outer postdiscal region of the forewings. Both fore- and hindwings have a horizontal elongated oval orange band (occupies most of the hindwings). The part of the band that is parallel with the costal margin appears yellow on the underside of the hindwings.
