The hindwings have an iridescent green tint except at the costa, dorsum, and margins of the termen. The forewings have five white markings, and these are mixed with orange patches and specks of iridescent blue in between (especially at the base) on the underside. The hindwings have three white bands: one at the basal region, one located centrally and one located in the outer postdiscal region. These bands are outlined by orange on the underside. The body is dark brown on the upperside and whitish on the underside.
