Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside with an iridescent green tint, excepting the margins and submargins, as well as the dorsum of the hindwings and two central spots on the forewings. The underside of the wings is dark brown with white markings mixed with few light iridescent blue specks. The forewings have two white bands near the base, and about six white spots on the outer region of these bands. The hindwings have two white bands near the base as well, consistent with the basal and postbasal forewing bands. In addition, the hindwings have a central white band and a submarginal white band. There are two black and iridescent bluish-green ocelli between the two outer bands, each with a yellowish-brown outline.
