Small-eyed sailor

Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside, with the white markings from the underside appearing faintly on the upperside. The forewings have five central white spots and faint white subapical markings. The hindwings have three white bands: one at the base, one located centrally and joined near the costa to the outer submarginal band. The underside of the wings have a little bit of orange at the base and margins. The central white band of the hindwings is also outlined by orange on the underside. There are specks of light iridescent blue around the orange markings on the underside.
