Juno longwing

Wing span:

Identification: The wings are orange on the upperside with dark brown costal, apical and termenal margins and submargins on the forewings, and dark brown termenal margins and submargins on the hindwings. The forewings have two dark brown bands radiating from the costa; one is longer and merges with the termenal margin. The underside of the forewings is orange from mid to dorsum, and a mixture of dark brown and light brown elsewhere. The apical and subapical regions have white spots. The hindwings are light brown with dark brown-outlined white spots, including submarginal spots.
