Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside with a broken orange band at the outer postdiscal and subapical regions of the forewings. The forewings also have three small white apical markings. The wings are brown on the underside with a black subapical ocellus (with a small white pupil and yellowish-brown outline) on the forewings and two ocelli on the hindwings, one near the subapex and one above the tornus. The ocellus near the subapex is brown with a thin white crescent and a thin black outline. The ocellus above the tornus is a blotchy brown with a black outline followed by a thick brown outline.
