Wing span:
Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside (forewings are a lighter shade of brown than hindwings). The underside of the wings is a marbled brown, with two dark brown submarginal lines on the forewings. The forewings have a subapical black ocellus with a small white spot and yellowish-brown outline. The hindwings have a large black ocellus close to the dorsum and above the tornus, with a partial white broken crescent and thick yellowish-brown outline followed by a black outline. The hindwings also have two smaller brown discal ocelli (both with a black outline), one close to the costa and one close to the large black ocellus.
