The underside of the wings is a marbled brown, with the band appearing creamish-brown and very visible on the hindwings from subapex to tornus. The forewings have a subapical black ocellus with a small white partial crescent and light brown outline. The hindwings have two black ocelli, one located at the postbasal region and one located above the tornus, on the inner side of the band. The postbasal ocellus has a small white partial crescent, with a bit of brown on the inner side of the crescent. The ocellus above the tornus also has a white crescent, crowned by a bit of brown, and a whole creamish-brown outline followed by a black outline.
