Wing span:

Identification: The forewings are iridescent blue on the upperside with dark brown margins and submargins. The hindwings are iridescent blue at the basal and postbasal areas on the upperside, and white elsewhere with dark brown veins. The hindwings have two tail-like projections near the tornus, and black and white cilia at the tornus. The underside of the wings is dark brown with broad white bands that form a zebra-like pattern. The hindwings have an orange-crowned black tornal ocellus.
