There are two dark brown lines running vertically from the costa on each wing, with the outer line being fainter on both fore- and hindwings and wavy on the hindwings. The inner line on the hindwings extends all the way to the dorsum and transitions midway into curves with a broad white line paralleling it. The hindwings have two orange-crowned black tornal ocelli.
