Hanno blue

Wing span:

Identification: The wings are brown with white fringe along the lower forewings and all of the hindwings. The wings of males are iridescent violet-blue on the upperside, except along the margins. The underside of the wings is creamish-white with brown bands bordered by white. The underside of the hindwings has two black basal spots, one black postbasal spot, and a larger black tornal spot outlined by yellow. The body is dark brown on the upperside and creamish-white on the underside.
