Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside with light brown fringe. Males have a iridescent blue tint on the upperside except at the margins and submargins. There is a tail-like projection near the tornus of the hindwings. The underside of the forewings is light brown from mid to dorsum and bright lime green from mid to costa. The hindwings are bright lime green on the underside, except at the termenal margin, and have a small black tornal ocellus. The body is dark brown on the upperside and brown on the underside, with a pale yellow abdomen.
