Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside, with iridescent blue on the hindwings around the costa and dorsum areas. The hindwings have two tail-like projections near the tornus. There are also small white bristle-like hairs at the tornus of the hindwings. The underside of the wings is light brown, with an orange, black and white line running vertically from the costa of the wings. The line on the hindwings has more orange than the one on the forewings. The hindwings have three orange-crowned black tornal ocelli.
