Wing span:

Identification: The body and wings are bright iridescent blue on the upperside with dark brown margins. The hindwings also have a tail-like projection near the tornus and light iridescent green submargin at the tornus. The base and costa of the forewings and base and postbasal region of the hindwings is red on the underside with white spots that are outlined by black. From mid to dorsum is light blue on the underside of the forewings. The hindwings have two black tornal ocelli, one with light iridescent green outline and the other with a white crown.
