Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside and orange on the underside, with orange fringe. The upperside of the forewings has orange costa and a y-shaped orange pattern extending from subapex to dorsum. The dorsum is dark brown on the underside of the forewings. The upperside of the hindwings is orange except for the base and edges. The upperside of the body is dark brown except for the lower part of the abdomen which is orange. The underside of the body is light brown.
