Smear-spotted skipper

Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown with white fringe. The forewings have four central transparent spots and four subapical transparent spots. The hindwings have four postdiscal white spots on the upperside and a vertical v-shaped white pattern (from costa to second cell above dorsum) on the underside. The body and wing bases are orangish-brown on the upperside and dark brown on the underside.
