Wing span:

Identification: This species is sexually dimorphic. Both males and females have dark brown wings with a discal band consisting of three transparent spots, a postdiscal band consisting of two transparent spots, and a subapical band consisting of four transparent spots on the forewings. Additionally, the wings have a white fringe and the forewings have an iridescent blue tint. The wing bases and upperside of the body are iridescent green in females and iridescent blue in males. Females have an iridescent green parafocal band, while males have an iridescent blue parafocal band which is broader in the hindwings on the upperside but same width on the underside. There are two spots adjacent to the discal band on the forewings; one is white and one is iridescent green in females, while both are iridescent blue in males.
