Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown with iridescent blue tint and white fringe (apex of the forewings has light brown fringe). The costa, apex, subapex and part of the postdiscal area of the forewings and all of the hindwings except the cell above the dorsum have a greenish-brown tint (veins in these areas have iridescent blue tint). The body is dark brown except the head and lower part of the abdomen, which are bright red.
