Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown with orange parafocal lines (broader on the hindwings). There are orange discal, central and subapical bands on the forewings. The forewings have orange lines that start at the base and run parallel to the dorsum. These are not visible on the underside of the forewings. Instead, there is an orange postbasal band. There are orange basal bands that start just below the costa of the hindwings and run parallel to the dorsum. These appear as two orange bands on the underside of the hindwings. The upperside of the body has orange stripes running vertically along the length of the body.
