Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown with dark brown fringe. They have light brown bands on the upperside and a faint light brown postdiscal band on the underside of the hindwings. 

Variation: From mid to dorsum on the underside of the hindwings may be cream to light brown in colour.
