Wing span:

Identification: The forewings are dark brown on the upperside with orange costa and a central oblique band from the dorsum up to the subapex (appears y-shaped). The hindwings are dark brown on the upperside with a central orange patch. The wings are orange-brown on the underside with yellowish veins. The forewings are dark brown from below the costa to the dorsum and the central oblique band appears light brown on the underside. The cell above the dorsum is dark brown on the underside of the hindwings. The wings have orange-brown fringe.
