Wing span:

Identification: The wings are brown with orange fringe. The forewings have a central oblique orange band starting from the subapex and extending parallel with the termen to the dorsum. There is an orange spot on the inner side of this band and the costa is also orange. On the underside, the apical and termenal edges are also broadly orange. The hindwings have a broad central oblique orange band on the upperside, and is entirely orange on the underside. The body is brown on the upperside and orange on the underside.
