Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown with dark brown fringe (fringe on the hindwings mixed with white). The forewings have a subapical white band, a postdiscal iridescent blue band with one white spot, and a discal white band. The dorsum is also iridescent blue and there is a faint iridescent blue patch below the subapical band. The forewings also have an iridescent blue postbasal band which appears white on the underside. On the upperside of the forewings, the cell above the dorsum has an iridescent blue small horizontal band. The hindwings have three vertical bands, two of which appear white and one (the outer one, closest to the termen) appears iridescent blue. On the underside, there are two additional iridescent blue bands on either side of the outer iridescent blue band. Additionally, the dorsum appears iridescent blue on the underside. The body is dark brown with iridescent bluish-white vertical stripes on the upperside.
