Oriander skipper

Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown with seven transparent spots on the forewings, of which three occur in a subapical band. There is also a yellow spot on the forewings near the base. The upperside of the hindwings has two oblique central bands consisting of yellow spots. Part of this pattern is on the underside of the hindwings. The underside is purplish-blue at the apex of the forewings and everywhere except the dorsum of the hindwings, which is yellow. The base of the wings and the costal margin of the forewings is yellow.
