Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside and light brown on the underside. The forewings have one pale yellow spot near the base of the wings and seven transparent spots, of which three occur as subapical bands. The hindwings have a pale yellow pattern like the letter 'c'; this appear white on the underside. The costal margin of the forewings is yellow and dorsum on the underside of the forewings is a lighter yellow. The costal margin on the underside of the hindwings is white. There is a black patch on the underside of the hindwings in the postdiscal region, between cells 3 and 5.
