Wing span:

Identification: Tailed with brown wings. The forewings have an oblique central band consisting of four spots and one white spot located outside of this band, towards the apex. Additionally, the forewings have a white apical band consisting of three smaller spots. The underside of the forewings has a dark brown spot bordering the apical band towards the apex. The underside of the hindwings has a series of dark brown spots as well, bordering a pale white band.

Variation: The color of the spots may vary from white to cream to yellow. The white band on the underside of the hindwings may be brighter in some specimens than others.
