Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown with a white band in the discal region of the forewings and thin white fringe along the margin of the hindwings. The dorsum region of the forewings is also white on the underside. The head, thorax and base of the wings is iridescent green on the upperside. 

Variation: The amount of white in the dorsum region on the underside of the forewings varies. Additionally, the underside of the body and base of the wings may or may not be iridescent green.
