Wing span:

Identification: This species is sexually dimorphic. Males have bright orange wings with dark brown continuous margins and a dark brown oblique apical band. Females also have dark brown continuous margins and a dark brown oblique apical band, but a white striped pattern where the orange color is in males. There is also an orange patch in the basal to postbasal cell region of the forewings in females.
