Wing span:

Identification: The body and wings are dark brown on the upperside and a slightly lighter brown on the underside. The forewings have a central oblique white band spreading across four cells in the costal section, and two to three small white spots in the subapical section.

Variation: There may be two small white spots at the basal region of each hindwing.
