Brownish cracker

Wing span:

Identification: The wings and body are marbled on the upperside with greyish-green, white, black and dark brown. Additionally, both fore- and hindwings have a series of submarginal black ocelli, some with a white pupil and greyish-green outline. Four submarginal pupilled ocelli appear clearly on the hindwings. The underside of the wings is creamish-white from base to the postbasal region of the forewings and from outer postdiscal region to base of the hindwings. The remaining area of the forewings and margins of the hindwings are marbled with black and white. The body is creamish-white on the underside.
