Wing span:

Identification: The wings are dark brown on the upperside with five white spots on the forewings, three located in the outer postdiscal region and two located subapically. The forewings have an iridescent blue tint except at the margins and submargins, and the hindwings have a slight iridescent blue tint from mid to base. The underside of the wings has a blotchy appearance with a mix of dark brown, light brown and white. The dorsum, cell above the dorsum, base, apex and subapex are brown. The remaining area of the forewing is dark brown. The forewings also have a dark brown postbasal spot and four dark brown apical markings. The hindwings have a postdiscal band (with dark brown wavy outlines) with five faint black ocelli. The postbasal region has a few dark brown markings. The body is dark brown on the upperside and light brown on the underside.
